FYI, for discussion: Note that Sadie’s Paradise (Kincaids on Rocky Pond Road) didn’t include a completion deadline in the conditions of the Dec. 12, 2012 decision. The original 2007 application (Form C) stated that the applicant, Barton Kincaid, would have the project completed in two years from the date of PB approval.

Discussion Worcester Road project and related zoning amendments – Discuss any feedback from CMRPC proposal for Village Overlay District
Consider corrections & clarifications in “Zoning Bylaws May 2012” aiming at warrant articles for May 2014 Annual Town Meeting – including: Sect. III, 1. (G) (typo correction); Sect. VI, 1. (E) (missing word); Sect. XVII 1. B.) (1) (change to “showing location of all buildings on the lot.) (3) (“shall not exceed 900 sq. ft. or one-third of the resulting gross living area--whichever is greater.”), (7) (delete 2nd phrase) and (10) (delete “rent”); Section VIII, 3., (C) (add “and accessory apartments”); Sect. XVIII 3. (A) ‘waivers’ including (3) ….. Plus discussion on ‘earth removal’
